One of the most important tasks in helping the clients reach the summit successfully is making sure that they are given good food so that they can eat well and gain a lot of energy and plenty of water so that they can drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water per day.

We also have trained cooks who always cook a variety of tasty, healthy and clean food to make sure the clients eat as much as they want despite having less appetite due to high altitude.

On the first day we provide a 1.5litres bottle of Mineral water to each client and after that they always get water that is taken from the mountain and boiled before it is given to them for drinking as safety of our clients is always our main concern.

We normally give all our clients 4 meals a day namely: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon / Evening Snack and Dinner that is always 3 course meals.

The types of foods that we usually provide on the mountain are as follows:
Fresh soups, bread, pancakes, honey, margarine, jam, sausages, eggs, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, meat, chicken, pasta, macaroni, rice, potatoes, cakes, biscuits, popcorn, peanuts and many more.
