Led by our knowledgeable head guide and supported by our operations staff, this briefing allows clients to meet their guide, understand the trekking schedule, receive rented gear (if applicable), and address any last-minute queries. Furthermore, we offer convenient transportation services, ensuring hassle-free transfers to and from the mountain as a group.

Before the start of their journey, clients receive a thorough climb and safety briefing. Our experienced head guide and dedicated operations staff personally conduct this briefing session. It serves as an opportunity for clients to familiarize themselves with the itinerary of each trekking day, ensuring they are well-prepared. Our clients are also given a daily briefing by our head guide while they are on the mountain. Additionally, clients can acquire any necessary rented gear from our extensive collection during this briefing. We understand that some clients may have forgotten certain gear, and this is their final chance to secure the equipment they require.

To streamline the travel experience and foster a sense of camaraderie, all road transfers to and from the mountain are conducted as a group. This arrangement allows clients to connect with the crew, enhancing the overall adventure. On the final descent day, it’s possible that some trekkers may reach the exit gate before others. However, unless pre-arranged, separate transfers to their Moshi base hotels will not be provided for those who arrive early. We encourage all participants to enjoy the shared transfer experience, promoting a cohesive and memorable journey.
